Indian Railways Zones Kept Passing A Passenger’s Dirty Toilet Complaint For Hours

IRCTC regularly gets complaints from unhappy passengers on various social media platforms. Lucky are those whose complaints get attention and solved during the journey but not everyone is so lucky. A passenger traveling to Haridwar in Jammu Tavi complaint about the dirty toilets in the compartment on Twitter.

Complaining about the filthy toilet she wrote, “मल मूत्र से सनी हुई नरेंद्र मोदी और पीयूष गोयल की गाड़ी संख्या 14606 कोच S 8 धार्मिक नगरी हरिद्वार को जा रही है।जम्मू तवी से ही टॉयलेट से पानी नदारद। ये है रेलवे का भोंडा चेहरा। PNR 2625757548.”

She was lucky enough to receive a reply from the Central Railways within minutes. But then started the game of passing the ball between various railway zones. The central railway asked the Northern railway to look into the matter and it forwarded the request to Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Moradabad. DRM asked Carriage and Wagon(C and W/CONTROL/MB/NR) who advised Senior Section Engineer (SSE/CHG/HW) to attend the complainee.

This kept going on for hours.
